However, refunds may be considered under exceptional cases, such as:
An error in the transaction (e.g., duplicate donation).
Wrong amount entered during online payment.
Unauthorized payment due to technical issues or third-party error.
In such cases, refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days of the donation date, along with valid proof of the transaction.
